school doodles
I’ve always been one to doodle on my desk at school.
letting my thoughts develop into small intricate mind masterpieces.
but those little scribbles,
covering that old, stale, wooden desk that is broadcasting my deep concentrations,
will be wiped away at the end of the day
from a rag that drinks up what I poured out of my fingertips
and my new canvas, dull with no personality or memories of yesterdays scribbles,
is prepared for my lead to outline all the miniscule cartoons in my brain
