Why is She Alone?
New girl comes to school
First day she sits alone
She doesn't know the rules
Her reasons are unknown
Could she be different
Or not just a peoples' person?
What does she hide behind the mask?
Nobody has found out yet
That's a task
That we won't sweat
Come to find out she has Asperger's syndrome
But that doesn't mean she is "different"
It's a brimstone
She's had it since she was an infant
Afraid to tell the world
She stays alone
Burled
Under her sacred stone
So now you know why she is so quiet
Afraid of being considered a freak
Don't be so biased
Because in the end she's just unique
