[[Scream to be heard]]

Mom?
You were right.
All those kids down there
Their skin is really tight.
You can see their ribs mom.
It makes me want to cry.
I don't know what to say to them
I think they are gonna die.
How can I reassure them mom?
If I can't even look them in the eyes?
This isn't right mom
They all want to survive.
I want them to survive.
Please help me mom
Just think of how it would feel
If I was that one
Just think of them as your own Mom.
And help them as I have tried and done

Go to freerice.com--like uh now. haha, that's what gave me the idea for this poem. We had to do this for health class one day. It doesn't cost anything. You just have to answer the questions and get them right. Each time you get a question right, sponsorships donate a bag of rice to poorer countries like South Africa =]
