But I can feel my mind slipping
As if it were tripping

Words flowing away
A mind in decay

what a way to go
what a low

I only want to remember
In a mind that's dismembered

where have the memories gone
what horror have I undergone

Where a man can't say a word
He once heard

What a world
what fear has been unfurled

I’m losing myself
In a world of everyman for himself

How can I express a feeling
When i’m kneeling

To a mind that is unfeeling.

The author's comments:

Well, It's been a year since the symptoms of my depression first appear and lately it's been harder and harder for me to remeber things, such as memories, words and names. So I decided to write a poem about it.
