There once was a girl who seemed 'normal'
on the outside looking in , but on the
inside she was far from ordinary.
Inside of her lived a monster, not
literally of course, but far worse.
This monster knew her weaknesses,
and made its presence known.
It hit her with violent emotions of
sorrow, pain, rage, depression, and jealousy.
She tried to fight back, but
the monster was relentless.
Finally she gave in,
it was too much to bear.
The monster took over, destroying everything
from the depths of her being.
Changing her into a person not
even her family recognized.
But the girl wasn't all
gone deep down in the
very depths of her soul shone a light.
The light was the good still left in the girl.
The girls started the fight back against the monster
with lethal emotions.
The emotions of love, joy, and hope.
As the monster shrunk the
light got brighter and brighter.
The light soon took over the girl
completely destroying the monster.
From that moment on the girl was luminous
with joy and happiness, but she still faced
little monsters that came every now and then.
Though those battles were sometimes
tough she remained victorious,
in fact she's got the inner beauty to prove it.
