Small Moments
I learned when I was young,
my parents will always be my biggest supporters.
Whether it’s school,
or sports,
they’ll always be there.
I learned when I was a toddler,
all siblings fight.
Especially my sister and I.
But you don’t have to win every argument.
I learned when I was in middle school,
loyalty shows who’s really there for you.
Whether you’re scared, excited, or sad,
the ones who listen, are true friends.
I learned when I was a freshman,
education comes before anything.
To accomplish goals in life,
I need to work hard for them.
I learned when I look at society,
nobody is perfect.
So Don’t Judge Anyone.
It’s not about what you show on the outside,
it’s the inside that really counts.
I learn day by day,
time flies.
Enjoy the small moments,
that’ll soon become memories.
