Final Race
Final Race
I get on my four wheeler for the last time
My heart beats faster
All I need is this race and I got it in the bag
I pull up to the starting line
with the dirt track looking like a never ending trail
My competitor looks more than ready as he grips the throttle tight
All of a sudden it seems like time stops
and my heart beats faster and louder with every aching second
I feel myself starting to choke
but finally, the green light comes
I jump to a head start with a nice wheelie
Shifting as fast as I can hoping for a lead
passing the finish line
Never felt better
