Sate My Hunger
Tear away this frail shell
Clothe me in rich gray furs
Far finer then any noblemen's garb
This is the true wear of kings
An none can be its equal
Not even light human skin
Soft, pliant hard to defend
Now its time to hunt again
I am a forest basilisk
My startling yellow eyes paralyzing
Hold fast my prey till the fatal hit
Or maybe its the beauty of the sight
Thats holds them fast till that last strike
No matter the form there is something in my step
A wolf is a wolf , no matter the dress

Sate My Hunger, Came to be thanks to the plumbing in our house. It always takes a few minutes for the water to warm up. I enjoy long walks in the woods and often feel in tune witht nature. Poems should speak for themeselves but I desire that we remember our primal roots.
