Love invites me in
pulling me towards him
with his gentle touch
I am overcome with happiness
as love wins me over with
his warm embrace
and soft caress
love is irresistable
as he gently runs his fingers
through my hair and
whispers sweet words
into my ear
suddenly love pushes me
away
leaving me alone in
Silence...
Maybe one day
love will find me again
and invite me in
once more...
