Black Nights
I look around and see nothing is there.
Fright filled me as I am alarmed inside.
Darkness captures the room and fills the air.
Normal men know not to have a small care,
but something tells me I should not abide.
I look around and see nothing is there.
The door opens with a creak and I swear.
“Hello?” I scream but nobody replied
Darkness captures the room and fills the air.
There is a crash. With a knife, I prepare;
I can feel it. Swinging around in stride,
I look around and see nothing is there.
The warmth of blood and pain I cannot bear.
On the ground by the car I do reside.
Darkness captures the room and fills the air.
I start to slip and find I am not spared.
Soothing, my body begins to untie.
I look around and see nothing is there.
Darkness captures the room and fills the air.
