oceans
I think that's why people love the ocean, the sound of the waves;
on top it's either calm or crashing, but most humans only like the calm.
The same goes for people.
The deeper you go the darker it gets, but most don't want to go too far.
They're afraid, or don't care enough to find out what's below the surface.
The same goes for people.
It's a sad thing though, people don't like to be near the ocean when it crashes, and it's left alone raging, or forcing itself to be calm again.
The same goes for people.
I think people love the ocean because they can either be completely oblivious to its depth, or completely aware of its beauty,
and just like people, there is always that mixture of danger and comfort, but the two can never be present in us at the same time.
