A man waits for her to walk down the aisle
As he waits for her patiently
Nervously he tries to wear a smile
As he waits for her patiently
Thoughts of fleeing rush through his head
He just realizes that he is about to be wed
As he waits for her patiently
The door opens widely as his bride draws near
He tries to be brave as his eyes begin to tear
As he waits for her patiently
She looks so beautiful the closer she gets
And the love in his heart makes him quickly forget
As he waits for her patiently
