Behind the Two Way Mirror
When people look at me
What I want, they see
Proud, stern, always on top
Sometimes I wish
This façade would stop
“Wow is he confident”
“Wow he is strong”
Sometimes I don’t know
Where I belong
Dedicated, loyal, and always true
Hah, he must think he’s better than you
I hate him so much I can’t look him in the eye
I only act like this
Because I’m shy
Behind this image
I hide to be seen
For nobody likes the quiet teen
“Arrogant, A##hole”
“This he’s made clear!”
I’m trying to tell you!
My life’s a two-way mirror
Trapped inside my own little cage
No release, no channel for my rage
People only see what they believe
My stress I cannot relieve
But I take my seat behind the mirror
I guess “Cameron Kehm” will never be clear
