Life and Cigarettes

Life is a cigarette,
Bitter and crude
Slowy intoxicating
the recipient until death.
A time bomb,
Waiting to blow.
Sometimes stomped
Or throw out early
But this remains true:
It keeps burning after it is thrown down.
