The Flowers of the Universe

Up in the sky
They light up my nights
They shine in my eye
And aren’t scared of heights
Stars are polar white
Like every night
Stars are sparkling diamonds
Like open almonds
The sky is deeper
And the stars brighter
They are the bright light
Of the big dark night
Sometimes when I sleep
They play hide and seek
I open my eyes
And see the sun rise
