In The Dark Part 1

I did not want to bring it back to this
but no matter what I try
I know something is amiss
I squirmed about knowing what they would say
I cannot ignore their words for another day
our friendship seems a touch too strong
something unsaid underneath goes on
am I imagining it
is it really only me
sometimes I want to believe
but in the end
it is only dangers I see
