Must It Happen?
Why must war take place?
We could be equal, every gender and race
But presidents and dictators make that unreal
They need to know how The People feel
They're killing our families one by one
Maybe our dad, his brother, her mother, their son
Weapons of mass destruction destroy our lands
People getting tossed out of humanity like old cans
All I'm saying is spread the peace and show love
We could end all war and fly that white dove

What inspired me to write this poem was just war. Mainly my dad. My dad is in the millitary and so are some of my mom's friends who are very close to me. And it dawned on me that I really don't like war. Of all the good things from most of it, there are bad things twice the things that are good.
