large speakers.
Stand as still as a home
while viewers’ minds roam.
The slightest movement results
in blurry vision.
Keep playing on and on
until the crack of dawn.
Late-night listeners enjoy the
fake laughter.
Entrance people with game shows,
drama, news, and bios.
For this is how to be
a television.
