Life In A Nutshell
I don't yearn for my death
Or my heart to stop beating
My face may be plagued
But I wish to keep breathing
This life that I have
Don't wish for another
Because even through all the bad
There's nothing to cover
No scars on my flesh
But on the inside I'm bleeding
Because I look at myself
And I wail and I'm pleading
I poured out my trust
And I keep trying my hardest
Yet it all turned to rust
Then I fell the farthest
I will live my life like always
But won't have a goal
This world left me drained
Alive with no soul
So I stand in front of the mirror
Everything is crystal clear
Anxiety infects me
And my cheeks wet with tears
