Strawberries
Step by step into the field
Hands are ready, eyes are peeled
Little red dots line the brush
They look delicious, bright and lush
One by one into my pail
Leaving such a juicy trail
Picking berries from my stack
My! What a scrumptious snack!
Step by step out of the field
Into temptation we did yield
Only one thing was a shame
Our pails were as full as when we came
