For the countless times I have screwed up
and watch you start closing me off with no effort,
like an automatic sliding door, there will always
be one thing for me to say to try and fix it. I Apologize.

Like a boomerang being thrown as far as humanly possible with
every muscle straining together to launch it into the sky..
One thing is for certain though, it will come right back. Just like that
boomerang I too will come right back and say, I Apologize.

No matter how hard you push me away, I am not going
anywhere. No matter how hard you try to force me away
for what I may or may not have done it will not work.

Watching a kid thrash at a BoBo Doll, seeming like the doll
never gives up and comes upright just as it was hit, as if it was never even
struck with a jab and an uppercut by a child. I too will bounce
right back and I too will say I Apologize.

My wrongdoings are miniscule mistakes but to you they
become a crazed King Kong as he is swatting airplanes away
while hanging on the Empire State Building. And for that I Apologize.

Hurting you of all people was never my intention. I can not change
the past but I can improve the future that I see. And in it is you.
So I apologize.

No matter the problem or whose fault it is, I will not allow you to stay
angry. I would rather put the burden of being at fault(even if it is not truly
mine to begin with), just to have you not be stubborn and close me off.
So I apologize.

I apologize for everything I might do.
I apologize for everything I will do.
