Some days, I'm ready to go to college
To experience something new and gain some knowledge.
Other days, I want to live in a cave
To escape from reality and dig myself a grave.

There's too much pressure from society
For students to attain a secondary degree.
What ever happened to going to school for four years?
College will be filled with blood, sweat, and tears.

How is there a concept of student loans?
Tuition is way too high; it makes me groan.
Isn't Obama making free community college?
I think I may do that or become Amish.

I think I know what I want to do with my life,
But I sit here thinking, struggling in strife.
Now I've almost become consumed in a rage.
Man, it's difficult coming of age.
