‘Tis once more the day,
in which you may lay
beside your lover and stay.
Or realize how alone you truly are.
Wherever you may lay,
to rest cozily, your wounded heart
beside me you can stay.
But is that what your heart truly desires?
To rest cozily, your wounded heart,
first put your faith in me.
