Poverty
In poverty children become lost
As if the monter got them in the fog
Abusive to the heart and soul
Allways thinking they will get coal
Crying in the fields, tears turn to frost
To them everything has a cost
Shivering in fear of being tossed
At early age they learn self-control
In Poverty!
Awaiting the day until they have crossed
At the age of young all have been bossed
Hungry for hope they pray to a pole
Not enough, Not even for a toll
So much damage done they accost
In Poverty!
