My Last Look
As I looked into my last sight of a sunset,
My eyes started to shatter,
Knowing that I would never see it again.
Knowing I would never be able to,
Lay on the warm sand,
And watch the sun fall behind the ocean.
I knew my fate.
I knew I would not live longer than tomorrow.
