These days

Some days are better than others.
Like the ones where I enjoyed car rides.
Or even the days including friend's mothers
and their marvelous dishes and sides.
But some days could be worse than others.
Like the ones with grey skies.
Greyness here and there, all smothered
topped off with a cherry of lies.
