Battles
The perils of life show in the wavy blue sky.
A treacherous climb as you try to travel through the dark, and into the stars.
The town, so naïve, unaware of life’s unpredictability.
The dark battles its way through the light.
The light shines for all people.
The steeple offers protection for all who enter.
The rolling hills block out all others.
The town still awake under the starry night sky but no one looks at its wonder.
The stars shine down trying to give hope.
The battling swirls try to defeat the darkness for the last time.
The darkness pierces through all the battles.
The night sky darkens as the stars try to shine.
It is ongoing, will anyone win?
The battle of light and darkness will never end.
