Who I am
I am from late nights and early mornings,
Computer games and cartoons.
I am from Plays and Symphonies my mother dragged me to
I am from Theater.
Preforming under the intense lights,
Singing my heart out in front of the world,
Showing off my favorite side of me
by being some else.
I am from strong friends.
Friends I talk the night away with.
Friends I game with.
Friends that will remember each other’
Even though some haven’t even seen each other faces
I am from Eric and Ian and Mitch and Lexi.
From Raven and Imish and Pebs and Xray.
I am from keyboard and mouse.
I am from acting and the stage.
I am from the internet,
The bridge that joins us all together.
And even though it feels like life is flying by
Like a speeding train.
I know.
I am from them
