The Road Taken

When i took that road today,
I never knew my heart wouldn't stay.
It followed me and made my mind,
know my soul mate I would find.
I didnt know who he was
form mind was full of fuzz.
When he looked into my eyes,
i didn't want to tell him lies.
I told him everything without any pain,
by knowing that he was my gain.
I had to show him that I care,
for leaving him I could not bear.
When he told me what I should know,
my love for him began to grow.
When I took that road today,
I should have known my heart wouldn't stay
