I want to go blind
So I don't see the hate
So I don't see the neglect
So I don't see the hurt
That everyone gives
I want to go blind
Because I'm tired of mankind
The killing, the lying, the cheating
I'm tired of all the bleeding
Of all the tears
I want to go blind
because no one sees
The drive bys
The fights in alleys
The dying in streets
The drugs going around
I want to go blind
Because no one sees
And I'll join them all
Ignoring the hurt, the cries
I'll just have to listen to the lies
