Like music drifting on a breeze
A warm and comforting friend
Like tiny bells and angel wings
The heart is soon to mend
Like rain drops dancing on the roof
The melody sublime
Like poets, pen and paper
A gentle, soothing rhyme
Like voices in the darkness
Filling an empty void
Like rich and creamy pastry
Thoroughly enjoyed
Like singing to an enfant
A melody that soothes
Like church bells in the morning
Liquid, hearty, smooth
Spirits will go soaring
Hearts on wing ascend
For no sound is more inviting
than laughter in the end
