Here by These Pearly White Gates
My eyes stay shut and my soul travels somewhere far far away
As I stand at these pearly white gates looking upon the white clouds
The emptiness of the white light is blinding and I wonder for how long it stays
I stand at these gates and the silence is deafening loud
I stand above the sounds of war from below looking at the damaged world
Wondering the quietness of peace here compared to the world below
Like beautiful ghosts, whiter than snow drifting from the clouds, I see them twirled
From the clouds they arise, drifting towards me as eloquently as the wind can blow
I stay astonished, awoken but in attention of this aerial angel approaching me
watching as it hits me like the weight of these clouds then I start to understand this land
The only place where all will ever be perfect and time is still, it’s coming together to be
I am in the land of serenity, safety in the grace of the dream like angles at hand
But I still am locked outside this clouded kingdom far far away from the cliffs of reality
I’ve heard of this magical place when the blinding bright light tears apart from its seams
And the pain of waiting at these pearly white gates starts turning to peaceful brutality
With the vast emptiness in the clouds I see nothing but once again the eclipse of my dream.

Heaven is a place of thought. A unseen reality that people want to believe in. No one wants to believe that in reality we have never seen heaven nor will we ever since we don't know comes after life.
