A Glimpse Of Reality
We are all simply oceans,
but lack the depth and emotion.
Deep, beautiful, pure,
we have yet to find a cure.
The cure for insanity,
or even a push in vanity.
All that is left is hope,
but even that is a slippery slope.
We are all lost in our own way,
praying that all our loved ones will stay.
Loneliness is the only emotion left to feel.
We ask ourselves, will we ever heal?
Life is like a fight,
and you have to prove your right,
or else it’ll take control
of what we call our hopeless soul.
