Myself

All by myself

I am me
I am the person I see
The the one I pretend to be

The genius
The jerk
The girlfriend
The daughter

Just me
With no expectation
Nothing wrong
With being me

But I am all by facades
A genius,
A jerk,
A girlfriend,
A daughter
But they’re not my definition

Sure they describe me
The me I show the world
The me that on the outside
But who really knows me

The inner me
The one that no one can see
The one who makes those facades
The one I hide

That is the me writing this
The one that expresses thoughts
The one that makes up my personality
The one who is the puppetmaster

That me has a few characteristics
Nice, Kind, Loving
Selfish, Greedy, Prideful
Dark, Demented, Insane, Bloody
The latter being the controlling body
When it comes to writing

Sure people call that characteristics
But each characteristic is a personality of its own
They intertwine sometimes
But each is a separate entity

My nice sides shows
When I’m with friends
When I’m with family
When I’m being formal

My sinful sides comes out
When I hang with friends
When I go to party
When I become too ambitious

My Dark side, is the hardest to define
It keeps the secrets
Makes the secret murders
Tells me how to inflict pain

This is the most prevalent in my writing
Mainly because it is an expression
An expression of myself
The one no one can see
