Meeting Ana!
She looks in the mirror and sees a monster looking back.
Because of Anorexia she believes she's fat.
She starves herself just to be thin.
Yet she knows she can never win.
She doesn't realize how sick she's becoome.
But her family can see she's coming undone.
She goes days and weeks without food.
When someone said eats she'd say "I'm not in the mood."
She asks Anorexia "Can you please go away?"
But Mother Ana says "Skip your meals today!"
Even if you tell her "You're perfect as you are."
At every meal she'll still count the carbs.
She starts with Anorexia and ends with Depression.
She can't deal with it all so she settles for mutilation.
She's starving and cutting and trying to stay away.
Someone asks whats wrong but she has nothing to say.
She's getting smaller and smaller.
While the cuts get deeper and deeper.
She starves and cut until she sees red.
Then cuts too deep and now she's dead.
You never thought it would get this far.
Now her death will be a permanent scar.
