Protect me Sir Shadow,
With your cloak night.

I don’t want to stay,
I don’t want to fight!

Good man, I doth beg,
For a safe haven soon,

For I cannot stand,
in the light of the moon.

Please pull me home,
just make it quick!

I can sense morning,
twisted and thick!

The flowers unfurled,
the truth I can see,

But it hurts so bad,
I’d rather not be.

Protect me Sir Shadow,
With your cloak of night.

I don’t want to stay,
I don’t want to fight.

Thank you! I hardly ever write from the point of view of someone who doesn't want to hear the truth, but I thought; Hey, why not try something new? lol thanks so much! XD

To love is to be vulnerable; Triumph is born out of struggle; We notice shadows most when they stand alone in the midst of overwhelming light.

I knew there was some people that didn't want to see the truth, but I never saw it this way! It's full of depth, intense, interesting and outstanding. Thank you for sharing this!
