You want to talk about racism?
Have you ever walked down the street and gotten dirty words and comments from people just because of the colour you are?
Does my colour offend you?
 
You say I'm not human.
That I'm different from others.
But you are wrong.
You are the monsters.
You are the ones who aren't human.
You are the ones who oppressed my people.
You are the ones who imprisoned the vast numbers of my race.
But you still want to talk about racism?
 
Is my name too long for you to say?
Is it too hard on your harsh tongue?
I take pride in the name I was given.
I take pride in the meaning of my name.
 
My ancestors made and built the land you are walking on.
They built it from the blood trickling down their backs as you whipped them.
They built it from the sweat running down the tips of their noses in the blazing heat.
My ancestors worked for you, gave you food as you called them a n*****.
My ancestors are the ones who gave you everything you have.
But you still want to
