The times are pressing up against us,
I don’t know what we will do,
But hey just look at the plus–
“The plus side?”
Yes, it’s all that we can do.
Negativity sinks into you deeply.
You look at the world rather sleepily.
Look at the good that it can hold,
Look at how fast you fell into the mold.
So yes,
Look at the plus side.
It’s all we can do,
I must confide.
