Change

Racism soars as the good die young. Children become
soldiers, and die if they run.

Ghettos still stand, while
others are homeless. Some will grow hungry, others will grow hopeless.

Armies march and crush
life in their path. To fill some with fear and see their mighty wrath.

Our leader promised change, but
my eyes see none. Good morale dies, a revolution must come.

If such things continue, we
will surely be lost. And our hearts will turn
to ice like a cold harsh frost.

I fear for our future, I fear
for us all. We MUST make a change, or like Rome we shall fall.
