Me and my friend Insomnia,
we are a tale to tell.
Together, we are sleeplessly awake.
It haunts like a ghost,
and is there like an old friend.
Me and my friend Insomnia.
We dance and we fight.
We battle and it conquers.
Together, we are sleeplessly awake.
It watches in the daylight.
And acts in pure darkness.
Me and my friend Insomnia.
It never leaves my eyes,
and it stays near my mind.
Together, we are sleeplessly awake.
It is a menace,
I am a coward.
