This Tragedy Called Agony
Pain.
These thoughts that have conquered my brain
Are cutting so deep,
I know less of sleep,
And less of sweet dreams,
But nightmares I know
We're becoming close.
Reality is what I'm speaking of,
I think I'm bleeding internally
But I do not speak up.
I've caught these feelings in my lungs
It's harder to breathe,
Soon I believe
I won't be able to spit a verse
And sadly it seems
I will give up.
But today, I won't
I'll try to cope
With this overwhelming disease
All this heartbroken misery
Hopefully
I've gotten the proper words of my chest,
And I'll call it my soliloquy.
