He isn't alive
He's barely breathing
Living with hell inside him
But he still walks
He still waits
He lives with reason
But it's as alive as he is
But a memory lives
And so he walks
And so he waits
They don't see him the way he thinks they do.
Like a monster
Horrid, wicked, evil
He can't see
He's amazing
So he walks
So he waits
