Beauty and The Beast
The brunette beauty
Quiet and shy,
She’s stealing their attention.
But with her nose in a book
It’s the kind of beauty that makes you look,
But she's locked in castle
The waiters? A candle and clock.
The maid? A simple teapot.
The furniture? It comes alive in the dead of the night.
The broken beast,
Pushing and scaring,
Throwing everyone away
Who even dares
To come close,
Locked in a castle
Trying not to unravel,
Trying not to hurt anyone
All from a simple curse,
Can anything fix this? Yes.
A simple kiss.
Someone to love the beast.
Love the beast, someone? Please?!
Imagination and fears,
A frightened castle of tears,
She waits for a love
That only comes from within,
When will her waiting be undone?
No one can tell
Only she can free the beast…
