The sea sits watching the silent sand

The sun rises up in the sky

Light shines on the land

The moon has now said goodbye

Now the new day has begun

Look and see how time will fly



One by one the people head

To play and lay in the waters hand

“Oh what fun” one said

“Building castles in the sand”

Up high seagulls fly in the sky

While we listen to our favorite band



People swim in the water

cooling of their sunburned skin

Still the air becomes hotter

But their faces still hold a grin

“What is that our there” one says

“OMG it’s a dolphins fin”



“Quick take a pic”

“Ok, ok I got this”

The camera goes click

The dolphin swims into the oceanic abyss

they look at what they took

“good job, you got it Chris”



The day comes to an close

And the moon starts to rise

Time now for firework shows

They light up the night skies

Colors red, green, and blue

What a sight for your eyes



The clock strikes 12 and all are gone

Not a thing in sight

Gone ‘till dawn

But the moon will shine bright

And the sea will sit and watch the quiet sand

‘Till the sun rises and shows the phenomenal sight

Of life again
