Kids that I went to school with were either my friends or not
Why were teachers getting on to us for something always taught?
Later in life I figured out to be nice
And that was the best advice.
Beginning of sixth grade year
All the way to Sequoyah I fear
Rolling to the new house where I moved
Lonely and the new kid on the block.
Only to realize that all the kids talk
When finally came across some friends
Staying with me to the end.
Last year of high school
It’s time to leave which is cool.
Forever and always
Eagle fan I’ll stay
