My heart is broken
it's not split into two
it shattered on the floor like glass
and it was all because of you.

I tried baring the pain
running away from fate
to be arrogant and stubborn
just so I could bare seeing your face.

I looked past and I looked away
I tried looking forward towards more happier days
No matter what you still played those games
No matter what you still played those games.

I gave you a chance bam you shot it down
I gave you another but you only played around
I crawled back to you and said "let's make it work"
I came back around and you only made me hurt.

I did all I could
Did you not see
I got you out the woods
I brought you to safety.

I guaranteed my stay
But I only watched you walk away
I kept looking
But you never turned my way.

What was it who was it where did it do
Was it me was it him or was it the fool
Did he see did he know or was it just you two
Did you stop did you think or was there no room?

I gave up something beautiful for something ugly
Where did it go or was it just me
Was it just an illusion something I could only see
Or did you really meant to do the devil's deed.

I trusted and I let you be
I let you roam I let you be free
You took something from me
Ripped it straight from my chest.

I pleaded and begged
Now I wish to only be dead
This pain this doing
Will only paint the canvas red.

Still I'm here but you're nowhere near
I thought you was different
Something I needn't to fear
But now the window is clean and clear.

I'm going to struggle but I will fight
I won't give up I'll make it passed the night
No matter the burden nor the pain
Will make me lose hope and sight of the next day.

I loved you even till the end
I gave my breath to breathe within
I won't commit another sin
Go on and live life from another den.
