My Promise to myself, to others, and to the world
In the name of love to myself,
In love to others,
In love to the world,
And in love to health and safety

I promise I will not,
Cut or erase myself again,
As a human bean…
As a family member and a friend to many…
And as a creature on this earth

In the name of health and safety,
I make this promise today,
To respect my body,
In care…
In peace…
And in love for myself and my loved ones
I will keep this promise as long as I can,
But if I were to dishonor my promise,
I shall start over and live in peace and happiness,
When it is my time, I will have lived my life as best I could!
