Wind, howling like a wolf at the full moon
Icy chill that freezes the bones
Nothing but white snow blanketing the ground
Torture in the cold, the snow sticking to my shoes weighs at least a pound
Emerging sun behind the winter clouds
Rough and dry, knuckles and lips cracking in the wind that howls like a wolf at the full moon.
