At the fair there were rides that went up and down,
Some spun really fast, going around and around.
A few rides made me feel really sick,
Not the slow rides, but the ones that are quick.
Sizes of the rides varied from tiny to tall.
When I was at the top, everybody else seemed so small.

I looked at all the animals, and petted some too,
I felt like I was walking around at a zoo.
Then, I went in a building and saw arts and crafts galore,
They were made of things such as wood, fabric, and more.
Looking at the baked goods made me want to eat,
I left the building to buy myself a treat.

Food from different concessions filled my tummy,
The cotton candy and popcorn were yummy!
I bobbed for apples and threw a dart at a balloon,
I had hope that I would win a prize soon.
I went home with a big teddy bear,
I sure had a great time at the fair!
