Severing Ties
An achy, torn broken heart; blatant disregard.
Ripped apart, broken into hundreds of shards.
Rhythm stopped, without beat, vacated the sweet.
The anguish and isolation remain incomplete.
Utter despair and isolation shall dominate.
A challenge to discover a concept to compensate.
Missing hearts induce a throbbing, dull pain.
Contain not a truth, or anything to gain.
Decision concluded, enough is enough.
Extant in the rough can't get more tough.
Eradicating the body, no longer to abide,
Leaving the world, severing ties.
Alone to the own dangerous devices,
An insistent need to pay for ample prices.
Eliminate from the damaged, broken soul.
Now feet under, in a dark, empty hole.
Destined, the death, set in stone.
The truth of the life, truly unknown.
In which it'll never, ever, be found.
Not from several feet, down in the ground.
